Job summary

Synapse SEM, a Boston-based AI-first performance marketing agency, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to optimize paid media programs (PPC and paid social) for flagship clients. You will analyze performance, develop strategies with senior leaders, and help grow client accounts.

You’ll work with the team on weekly and monthly reporting, explore opportunities to expand services, and apply advanced data analysis techniques to inform recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid search and/or paid social experience.
• Analytical skills to synthesize data and identify insights.
• Interest in joining a fast-growing SEM firm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account supervisor and company co-founders to devise account strategies and manage client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth analyses related to day parting, performance fluctuations, and recent optimizations to improve client performance.
• Own key deliverables for paid media programs and other core service offerings (SEO, content marketing, display and social).
• Analyze data using advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training provided).
• Work with account supervisor and company co-founders to identify new opportunities for account growth.
• Develop and analyze weekly and monthly reports.
