Synapse is an AI-first performance marketing agency based in Boston, MA, seeking a Data-focused Digital Marketing Analyst to optimize paid media programs (Google Ads, social, etc.). You will analyze client and platform data, run A/B tests, and develop insights for flagship clients.

Analyze and synthesize complex data sets to identify key findings and next steps.
Interest in working with a rapidly growing performance marketing firm.
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, math, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct robust data analysis using client and platform data.
Implement, analyze, and synthesize A/B tests to optimize messaging and landing pages experiences.
Collaborate with account supervisor to devise account strategies and manage client relationships.
Apply advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided) to enhance insights.
Identify new opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements.
Developing and analyzing client reports.
