Job summary

Telnyx LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager (Paid Media) to own end-to-end paid campaigns across search, social, programmatic and AI surfaces, and to integrate AI agents into the workflow. Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation for developer tools, infrastructure, telecom or a comparable technical category.
• Hands-on, full-funnel paid media experience across at least three major ad platforms.
• AI and agentic fluency is the core requirement: you use AI agents, review machine-generated recommendations, and design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run paid media across search, social, programmatic and emerging AI ad surfaces; manage campaigns per channel and region with QA, pacing, creative refresh and landing page validation.
• Direct the AI agent fleet: write prompts, review recommendations, override when needed, and balance automation with human judgment.
• Own the budget: monthly planning and pacing across platforms with data-grounded reallocations.
• Optimize weekly performance, detect creative fatigue, mine search terms/audiences, and make kill/scale decisions.
• Run ABM end-to-end: define ICP, build segments, sync with Salesforce pools and regional sales rollouts.
• Bridge alignment between sales, RevOps and PMM; feed insights back into paid media strategies.
• Run influencer/creator programs: brief, sponsor, amplify, and measure conversions.
• Report weekly/monthly performance to stakeholders with clear next steps.
