Job summary

Telnyx is seeking a demand generation operator to build a brand-new pod and own end-to-end paid media programs. You will run campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels, guided by AI agents and frontier models, with a dedicated budget and regional scope.

You’ll align with sales, RevOps and PMM to optimize messaging, measure performance, and accelerate pipeline and revenue in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation for tech or comparable category.
• Hands-on, full-funnel paid media across major ad platforms.
• AI and agentic fluency: use of AI agents or automation in marketing.
• ABM experience with pipeline outcomes.
• Data-driven: reconcile platform conversions with CRM/attribution data.

Responsibilities

• Run paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and AI ad surfaces.
• Direct the AI agent fleet: write prompts, review recommendations, override when needed.
• Own monthly budget planning and pacing; defend spend with data.
• Weekly performance reviews; optimize campaigns and search terms.
• Define ABM segments and Salesforce pools; regional rollouts with sales.
• Bridge between sales, RevOps and PMM; feed paid-media insights back to teams.
• Run influencer and creator programs; measure ROI.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
