Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to own the end-to-end pipeline and revenue engine across paid media, digital channels, and AI-powered engagement. This leader will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, shape GEO/AEO strategy, and partner with Sales, SDR and Solutions Consulting to drive revenue in a fast-evolving AI-driven marketplace.

Qualifications

15+ years of senior leadership experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS.
Proven track record owning and managing large, multi-million-dollar demand generation budgets.
Experience leading demand generation through periods of rapid growth, significant market disruption, or AI-driven channel transformation.
Strong leadership of senior teams and cross-functional partners with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own revenue and pipeline targets with accountability for marketing-sourced revenue meeting plans.
Define and manage a multi-million-dollar demand generation budget across paid media, digital channels and programs.
Establish revenue attribution metrics and reporting cadences for real-time visibility into marketing impact.
Lead performance analysis and scenario planning across the full funnel to anticipate gaps and adapt plans.
Oversee GEO/AEO strategies and AI-enabled marketing initiatives to improve reach and revenue.
