Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; aligns engineers, designers, and GTM partners.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and translates incomplete info into next steps.
• Technical background with CS degree (Bachelor/Masters).
• 6+ years of product management, preferably in developer experience or growth roles.
• Experience shipping widely used products; bonus for consumption-based models.
• Experience building PLG and self-serve in a business with a sales-led motion.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Take features from ideas through launch across the product suite for developers.
• Own developer moments: time to first working request, useful errors, docs, default model.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify gaps and validate fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers, marketing, design, and product for cross-functional execution.
• Engage with developers to understand auth, model choice, latency, cost, and evals.
