The role blends analytics, experimentation, and leadership, working across creative, product marketing, and field teams to maximize reach and conversion at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end SEM strategy, execution and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid awareness campaigns across social, display, and video channels.
• Lead event strategy, coordination and post-event analysis.
• Direct and develop a high‑performing marketing team across SEM, paid social, and awareness functions.
• Manage top‑of‑funnel KPIs and budget pacing with regular reporting.
• Build GA4 dashboards, attribution models, and cross‑channel reporting.
