Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing, Google and Microsoft Ad accounts, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis.
• 1+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, match-type strategy, negative keyword governance, and ongoing search term analysis.
• Test ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies using a structured A/B testing framework.
• Maintain campaign architecture and bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversions).
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting cadences with variance analysis.
