Job summary

Amazon is seeking a driven Paid Acquisition Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale paid marketing across SEM and awareness channels, including paid social, display, and events. You will lead a team, set priorities, and foster experimentation to drive full-funnel growth for Amazon Relay from Tempe, AZ.

This role manages a multi‑million dollar annual SEM budget, builds data‑driven campaigns, and partners with creative/product teams to optimize performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Extensive paid marketing leadership experience across digital channels.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million SEM budgets.
• Strong data-driven decision making with GA4 and analytics.
• Experience aligning paid and organic search strategies.
• Proficient in A/B testing and experiment design.

Responsibilities

• Own SEM strategy and budget allocation across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead paid social, programmatic display, video, and third-party publications for awareness.
• Plan and coordinate events and activations contributing to acquisition.
• Build and mentor a marketing team focused on experimentation and accountability.
• Develop weekly/monthly performance reporting and ROI analysis.
