Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to lead our paid acquisition and Amazon teams across our DTC wellness brands.

This senior role combines deep platform expertise with daily data review to elevate media buying, with Meta and other paid channels driving growth. You will partner with Analytics, Creative, and Ecommerce to set LTV/CAC and MER targets by product line, shape signal strategy, and manage how DTC media supports Amazon.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience managing multi-channel budgets.
• Deep expertise in Meta and paid social platforms.
• Proven leadership of media buying teams.
• Experience driving Amazon channel strategy.
• Strong measurement knowledge (MTA, lift, MMM).
• Experience in DTC/wellness brands is a plus.
