• 10+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end SEM strategy, execution and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead keyword research, match-type strategy, negative keywords and search term analysis.
• Develop and test ad copy, extensions and landing page strategies with A/B testing.
• Maintain campaign architecture and bidding strategies to scale budgets.
• Manage a multi‑million dollar annual SEM budget and allocate spend to hit targets.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid awareness campaigns across programmatic display and social channels.
• Define awareness KPIs and track brand lift, reach and share of voice.
• Collaborate with Creative/PMM to brief and iterate on creative assets.
• Analyze downstream impact of awareness on SEM performance and budget allocation.
• Lead the planning, execution and post-event analysis of industry events and activations.
• Define event KPIs and track ROI to inform future investments.
• Directly manage and coach a team of marketing professionals across SEM, paid social and awareness.
• Build a data-driven culture with experimentation and accountability.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships and advocate resources for the acquisition function.
• Own top‑of‑funnel KPIs, budget pacing and weekly/monthly performance reporting.
• Partner with Finance to build business cases for growth and investment.
