Job summary

Amazon Relay Marketing is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to accelerate growth of the Relay Transportation network by expanding the carrier base and optimizing paid digital programs across the US and Canada.

You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, collaborate with Marketing and Operations, and deliver data‑driven insights to improve awareness, acquisition and engagement. You will work cross‑functionally to test new platforms, manage budgets, and create compelling campaigns that

Qualifications

• 7+ years marketing experience
• Experience managing teams
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid and non-paid digital programs across channels to acquire and retain Relay carriers at scale
• Partner with teams to strategize and optimize multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance
• Lead initiatives to drive carrier acquisition and engagement, including promotions
• Plan short and long‑term strategies to meet targets
• Develop brand positioning and creative assets that drive growth
• Define assets for campaigns, run A/B tests, schedule, report, and optimize
• Analyze and disseminate comprehensive reporting
• Serve as a subject matter expert for paid digital marketing trends
• Manage budgets and forecasts across paid channels
• Support content creation addressing customer needs and brand growth
