Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid and non-paid digital programs across search, email, display, social, and more to acquire and retain Relay carriers.
• Strategize with Marketing and Support teams to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
• Drive carrier acquisition and engagement with data-driven optimization and promotions.
• Plan short-term and long-term campaigns to hit targets, with budget oversight.
• Develop brand positioning and creative assets for digital campaigns and run A/B tests.
