Job summary

Amazon Relay is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to grow our carrier network across the US and Canada.

You will drive paid and organic programs, optimize campaigns, and partner with Marketing and Support to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and develop data-driven strategies to acquire and engage Relay carriers at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong data-driven approach with metrics to improve results.
• Proficient in Excel or Tableau for data analysis.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets.
• Ability to translate business goals into marketing actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid and non-paid digital programs across search, email, display, social, and more.
• Collaborate with teams to strategize multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance.
• Drive carrier acquisition and engagement initiatives at scale with promotions.
• Plan short- and long-term campaigns to hit acquisition targets.
• Develop brand positioning and creative assets that resonate with customers.
• Define assets for campaigns, run A/B tests, schedule and report results.
• Develop, deploy, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
• Stay ahead of paid digital marketing trends and share insights.
• Manage budgets and forecasts across paid channels.
• Support content creation that addresses customer needs and growth.
