Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Pads Manufacturing Engineering team in Aurora, IL. This onsite leadership role focuses on setting strategic direction, capital projects, and driving improvements in EH&S, productivity, and quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, polymer, or industrial engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or semiconductor/polymer processing.
- 5+ years in a management or senior leadership role.
- Experience with strategic planning, capital project leadership, and budget ownership.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, SPC/SQC, and 8D methodology; Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the Manufacturing Engineering roadmap and multi-year plan.
- Provide direct leadership over the Manufacturing Engineering team and cross-functional interfaces.
- Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, quality, cost, and operational excellence.
- Build organizational capability through talent development and succession planning.
- Own capital project planning, budgeting, ROI, and cross-functional execution.
- Manage EH&S, work instructions, and quality policy adherence.
- Lead root-cause investigations and apply statistics to corrective actions.
- Support NPI processes and site quality via SPC, NCMR, audits, and investigations.
- Foster strong relationships with EH&S, Quality, Production, NPI, R&D, Sourcing, Planning, and suppliers.
- Monitor KPIs and assist with site budget and capacity/capital forecasts.
- Evaluate AI, ML, and analytics to improve process control and decision making.
