Job summary

Entegris is seeking a driven Production Supervisor for the CMP Pads Manufacturing team at the Aurora, IL facility. You will lead a shift-based team of production operators, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with engineering and cross-functional partners.

This role requires strong leadership, experience in a complex manufacturing setting, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing principles with quick learning of the production module.
• History of supervising and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Champion safe work practices and monitor adherence to procedures.
• Lead and develop production employees with training and performance reviews.
• Communicate goals, priorities, and area assignments clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Oversee output to meet quality standards and support defect investigations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to improve planning, 6S, and daily execution.
• Monitor daily results and escalate issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for safety, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Serve as first point of contact for shift-level concerns.
• Promote a culture of development, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
