Job summary

Entegris is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the CMP Pads Manufacturing team at the Aurora, Illinois facility. This onsite role drives safe, high-quality output across multiple shifts, with weekend coverage as needed.

You will coach staff, manage cross-functional workflows, and relentlessly pursue continuous improvement in process maturity and performance. You will partner with planning, maintenance, engineering, and quality to achieve on-time shipments, implement 5S/6S, and foster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business operations, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of operational experience; 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience in CNC machining, web lamination, COBOTS, or semiconductor/polymer processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across multiple shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, throughput, and cost targets.
• Translate strategies into objectives and metrics.
• Strengthen safety culture and 5S+S/6S practices.
