Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the CMP Pads Manufacturing team at the Aurora, Illinois facility, overseeing production operators and workflow across shifts, while focusing on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in a complex manufacturing environment, strong leadership, ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred), and a Bachelor's degree; a first shift, onsite position with standard hours and opportunities for extended shift support.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and ability to quickly gain competency in the production module.
History of supervising and developing a team.
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead production operators and manage workflow across shifts.
Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
Implement Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional partners for smooth operations.
Support defect investigations and corrective actions.
Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance documentation.
