Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of maintenance experience on high-speed food packaging lines.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills without requiring electrician credentials.
• Experience maintaining and rebuilding baggers, form-fill-seal, and sealers.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Willing to coach junior technicians and share know‑how.

Responsibilities

• Keep high-speed packaging and processing equipment running across a large plant.
• Rebuild and refurbish machinery to like-new condition during planned and emergency downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults and repair without waiting for help.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices.
• Log all preventive maintenance in the CMMS and support improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering on efficiency projects.
