This senior position requires 5–10+ years in food packaging maintenance, strong electrical troubleshoot skills, and CMMS experience. Overtime up to 50 hours/week is available in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of maintenance experience in high-speed packaging or food manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting ability; no full electrician credentials required.
• Experience maintaining and rebuilding packaging machinery such as baggers, form-fill-seal equipment, and sealers.
• CMMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep high-speed packaging and processing equipment running across a large plant.
• Rebuild and refurbish machinery to like-new condition during downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults and fix without delay.
• Handle electrical troubleshooting and repairs on the lines daily.
• Coach junior technicians and mentor the team on best practices.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and log work in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering on improvements.
