ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a Lead Packaging Maintenance Mechanic to ensure continuous operation of high-speed packaging and processing lines in a large, multi-line facility in DuPage County, IL.

This on-site role involves rebuilding machinery, diagnosing faults, and mentoring junior technicians as part of a proactive maintenance program. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of relevant experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and a background in packaging equipment like baggers and

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of maintenance experience in high-speed food packaging, co-packing, or food manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting ability, with no full electrician credentials required.
• Proven experience maintaining and rebuilding packaging machinery such as baggers, form-fill-seal equipment, and sealers.

Mansioni

• Keep high-speed packaging and processing equipment running across a large, multi-line plant.
• Rebuild and refurbish machinery to like-new condition during planned and emergency downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults on baggers, sealers, scales, and supporting equipment, and fix them without waiting on help.
