Job summary

Olberding Brand Family seeks a Master Design Coordinator to manage packaging artwork for Cerave, leading artwork projects and creating briefs for multiple teams. You will align with Marketing, Development, and Agencies to ensure timely, accurate final packaging across product lines.

You will drive process improvements, maintain project trackers, and act as the primary liaison for cross-functional partners, delivering high-quality creative outputs and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of project management experience in a creative agency or customer service setting.
• Cosmetics or consumer product knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management systems (Esko WebCenter, Wrike, Mediabox) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead artwork projects, create briefs, and manage TAG workflows for multiple products/franchises.
• Align with Development on timelines and deliverables; serve as primary contact for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project tracker; communicate project status and resolve roadblocks.
• Advise on packaging artwork technicalities and participate in Print Press approvals.
• Identify process improvements and optimize workflows, tools, and costs.
