Job summary

Olberding Brand Family seeks an Integrated Project Manager to lead day-to-day project coordination and execution for our Metal Deco business. You will translate client commitments into clear plans, timelines, and ownership, collaborating with BELs, Creative, Prepress, Production, and Shared Services.

In this role you will drive projects from intake through completion, manage risks, and maintain client satisfaction while supporting growth and operational efficiency through cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management, client services, account management, creative operations, production, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Graphic Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for metal deco clients.
• Gather project information, coordinate intake, estimates, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Translate client requirements into clear direction, alignment needs, ownership, and next steps.
• Maintain visibility to active projects, deadlines, risks, and changing priorities.
• Own project communication, alignment calls, status updates, and issue escalation.
• Serve as a brand steward to help ensure brand equity is maintained consistently.
• Manage the details of the onsite client experience for in-person press approvals.
