Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to oversee end-to-end packaging artwork across product categories and markets. You will coordinate projects from concept to final release, collaborating with Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, and external vendors to keep artwork on schedule.

You will ensure inputs are complete, review artwork against manuscripts and brand requirements, and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate packaging artwork projects from initiation through final approval and release.
• Manage multiple artwork projects and SKUs across stages of development.
• Maintain visibility to priorities, timelines, approvals, dependencies and actions.
• Ensure inputs are complete before development begins (manuscripts, dielines, ingredient info, legal copy, UPCs, codes, symbols, reference files).
• Serve as day-to-day contact for artwork projects across Packaging, Regulatory, GPM, Creative, SGx, CMs, and vendors.
• Coordinate reviews, revisions, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders; follow up on missing inputs and decisions.
• Review artwork against manuscripts and brand/packaging requirements; proofread and communicate revisions.
• Coordinate routing and release of approved artwork to internal teams and vendors.
• Identify challenges, discrepancies, or unclear direction; escalate risks when needed; adapt priorities as timelines change.
• Maintain trackers and project docs; create clear assignments from Creative; use workflow tools.
• Keep organized records of revisions, approvals, releases, and vendor proofs; support process improvements.
