Medline Industries, LP seeks a Packaging Artwork Manager to oversee the creation, review, and approval of packaging artwork aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and customer expectations. You will lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to translate concepts into executable packaging artwork, manage timelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with vendors for production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in packaging design or project management with focus on artwork development and production.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and packaging materials.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Artwork Development: Manage creation, review, and approval of packaging artwork.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and production teams to translate concepts into artwork.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines for packaging artwork projects; ensure timely delivery.
