Job summary

Olberding Brand Family is seeking an Integrated Project Manager to lead day-to-day project coordination for the Metal Deco business. You will translate client commitments into clear project plans, timelines, and ownership, guiding work from intake to completion with cross-functional collaboration.

This role focuses on reducing bottlenecks, improving cycle times, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while supporting growth in a fast-paced packaging graphics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management, client services, account management, creative operations, production, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, workflow management, and operational coordination.
• Strong client communication, relationship management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for metal deco clients and translate requirements into clear directions.
• Manage artwork process, setup, scheduling, and delivery to client and printers.
• Coordinate work across Client, Creative, Prepress, Production, design agencies, printers, and other teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive workflow improvements, and maintain timelines and quality.
