Job summary

Olberding Brand Family is seeking a Master Design Coordinator in New York City. You will manage client packaging artwork, create briefs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphics across products.

This role requires strong project management and packaging knowledge, with close collaboration with Marketing, Development, and Regulatory teams. You will drive timelines, ensure consistency of brand standards, and mentor junior staff while supporting a dynamic, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Strong project management, detail oriented and capable of handling multiple products.
• Solid knowledge of consumer product packaging, creative design, and production artwork.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Product Managers with artwork management focusing on details and timely execution.
• Lead artwork projects, create briefs and manage workflows for multiple products/franchises.
• Align with Development on timelines and key deliverables; act as primary contact across teams.
