Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Packaging Graphics Coordinator to drive artwork projects from concept to final production. You will gather requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure packaging graphics meet brand, legal, and quality standards.

This role involves tracking multiple projects, maintaining archives, and supporting product launches in a fast-paced environment. Strong Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills and Esko WebCenter experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in graphic/packaging fields.
• Extensive packaging graphics support and artwork coordination.
• Experience in packaging/consumer product environments.
• Proficiency with Acrobat PDF and Illustrator.
• Strong project management and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging artwork projects from concept to production.
• Gather requirements, regulatory info, and documentation for updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, printers, and suppliers.
• Review artwork files for accuracy and brand compliance.
• Facilitate feedback cycles across legal, regulatory, and marketing.
• Track status, timelines, and deliverables across projects.
• Serve as primary contact between teams and external partners.
• Maintain artwork archives and documentation.
• Support packaging updates, launches, and design changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve artwork workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with status updates.
