Job summary

Samsara is seeking a seasoned Procure-to-Pay leader to own end-to-end P2P operations, governance, and supplier management across the enterprise. You will optimize requisitions, POs, invoices, and accruals, while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and Procurement to deliver scalable, compliant processes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in P2P, strong governance experience, and a track record of leading remote teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procure-to-pay, AP, or procurement operations
• 5+ years leading teams/managers
• Experience with end-to-end P2P across multiple towers
• Experience with governance, SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls
• Experience in remote/multi-time-zone team management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P performance from requisition to payment and accrual
• Establish governance including policies, controls, SLAs, KPIs and audit readiness
• Ensure timely processing of requisitions, POs and invoices for close
• Design supplier onboarding and master data standards with risk focus
• Own payment-run integrity and fraud prevention
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver automation and transformation roadmap
• Report KPIs and optimize working capital through terms and early-pay discounts
• Oversee supplier risk, contract and PO compliance, and spend visibility
• Drive change with policy/process/system updates and stakeholder adoption
• Coach and develop a high-performing, globally-distributed team
