Job summary

Activision Blizzard, Inc. is seeking a Sr. P2P Engagement & Governance Specialist to own end-to-end P2P operations within the P2P/Finance Operations domain.

Reporting to Sr. Manager, P2P Governance and Engagement, you will partner with Finance, Compliance, Procurement and our BPO partners to drive process improvements, governance, training, and KPI-driven performance. This remote role supports global operations and requires strong communication, change leadership, and experience with outsourced

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P/AP processes.
• Experience with process governance and optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Govern outsourced P2P operations by monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Treasury and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs to business groups.
• Monitor invoice and payment processing end-to-end.
