Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Procure to Pay to lead end-to-end P2P operations across requisition through payment.

You will partner with finance, procurement, and other stakeholders to improve governance, drive automation, and strengthen operational visibility in a remote, distributed organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, supplier experience, and control, with a focus on performance standards, SLAs, and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procure-to-pay, accounts payable, or procurement operations.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• End-to-end P2P expertise across multiple towers.
• Governance, SLAs, KPIs, and SOX compliance experience.
• ERP experience with NetSuite; P2P platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procure-to-pay from requisition to payment.
• Establish governance and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate processing of requisitions, POs, and invoices.
• Design supplier onboarding and master data standards.
• Own payment-run integrity and fraud prevention.
• Resolve escalated payment and process issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to define automation and transformation roadmap.
• Report on procure-to-pay performance using defined KPIs.
• Oversee supplier risk and spend visibility.
• Manage change through policy and process updates.
• Elevate customer satisfaction by measuring and acting on feedback.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
