Job summary

EōS Fitness in Phoenix is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to own the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, policies, and governance, partnering across Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Technology, and the broader business to create a simple, scalable purchasing experience.

You will design and manage the end-to-end P2P process, establish controls, measure performance with KPIs, and drive automation and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, Purchase-to-Pay, or related function.
• Experience owning or improving an enterprise P2P process with design, controls, technology, and adoption.
• Experience implementing or optimizing an enterprise Procurement/P2P platform; Oracle Fusion Procurement preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, technology implementation, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing and monitoring Procurement/P2P KPIs using data to drive improvements.
• Experience supporting organizational change, user training, and tech adoption in a distributed environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise level process design, governance, and policy management for P2P.
• Ensure purchasing and payment activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Drive improvements in process exceptions and implement control measures to reduce risk.
• Continuously assess and enhance P2P processes, track KPIs, and report to leadership.
• Lead implementation and adoption of P2P technologies and system integrations.
• Develop training and communication strategies for P2P changes.
