As the P&C Lead Test Engineer, you'll mentor junior engineers, coordinate field work with PMs, engineering, and operations, and ensure safety and reliability while meeting utility standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in high-voltage protection & control testing.
• Experience with SEL, GE, ABB, Siemens, Westinghouse, or equivalent relay platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read one-lines, schematics, and relay settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced testing, commissioning, and validation across transmission, distribution, and generation substations.
• Develop test plans, energization procedures, and JHAs.
• Mentor Test Engineers in field execution and system understanding.
• Ensure testing aligns with IEEE, NETA standards, and client requirements.
• Communicate project status and safety considerations in field.
