Job summary

HPM seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee client accounts and project delivery from inception through construction. You will coordinate with design teams, manage budgets, reports, and change orders, and ensure adherence to timelines and client needs.

Travel up to 20% is expected as part of coordinating multiple sites and owners, with a focus on profitability and risk management across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience on the Owner's side.
• Strong budgeting, accounting and procurement knowledge for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies to achieve them; manage internal costs.
• Manage and administrate Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings across all design phases.
• Oversee cost control and reporting; maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, and communicate with owners and stakeholders.
• Oversee change management processes and review change orders before owner review.
