Job summary

HPM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate owner-side construction projects, including tenant improvements, design reviews, and cost control. You will manage budgets, schedules, and change orders across multiple project phases, with travel up to 20% as required.

Responsibilities include profitability strategy, contract administration, RFP responses, and client-facing presentations. A design/architecture background and extensive owner-side experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related field preferred; industry experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience with significant experience on the Owner's side
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage construction projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software such as SureTrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO, or equivalent
• LEED AP, Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
• Valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies to achieve them; manage and control internal cost to ensure profitability.
• Manage and administrate Owner contracts, ensure risks are properly identified and managed on a daily basis.
• Prepares and coordinates project reports and drawing reviews for clients at all project phases.
• Oversee setup and administration of all business plans, estimate adjustments, cost control and reporting.
• Chairs and schedules meetings, prepares agendas, develops and maintains master project budgets and timelines.
• Oversee the change management process; assist owners with design changes and review change orders.
