Target is seeking a Sr. Owner’s Site Representative (OSR) to support Construction Project Manager in overseeing store and distribution center builds across the United States.

The role focuses on turnover, quality, safety, and timely delivery, working with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams. We require a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of on-site construction management.

Competenze

• 4-year degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and prepare reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Willing to travel up to nearly 100%.
