Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to act as the senior owner's representative for complex built facilities across the regional logistics network. You will lead design oversight, partner selection, contract negotiation, and delivery from design through handover.

In this role you will manage budgets, external partners, and safety programs while influencing Directors and VPs. Expect 60% regional travel and occasional relocation assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• 7+ years in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field; 7+ years in PM from design to handover; 7+ years negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior owner's representative for complex regional projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, design services, and external partner performance.
• Own budgets and lead project procurement and spend approvals.
• Lead partner selection, contract negotiations, and management of developers, GCs, architects.
