Job summary

Target Corp. is seeking a Sr. Owner’s Site Representative (OSR) to support construction project managers across multiple sites, including Sanford and Miami Gardens.

The role emphasizes quality control, schedule management, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced retail construction environment. The Sr. OSR will coordinate with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure turnover packages are delivered and projects meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• Expert ability to interpret engineering documents, evaluate estimates, and prepare reports.
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
• Ability to implement new processes for productivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; construction software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project scope, schedule, and budget for Target construction projects.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and installers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Inspect construction progress and materials; reconcile quantities with POs; report to HQ.
• Facilitate open communication between Property, Store Ops, and project teams.
• Mentor new OSRs and resolve on-site problems quickly.
• Orient stores and deliver turnover packages to stores and operations teams.
