Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr. Owner’s Site Representative (OSR) in Fullerton, CA, to support construction project management for store and distribution center builds. You will assist the Project Manager with GMP, oversee contractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and fixtures.

The role requires 10+ years on-site construction management, a 4-year degree, and strong communication and scheduling skills. Remote/Hybrid options are available depending on needs.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
• Knowledge of construction-based project management software and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of store and distribution center projects.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for Target construction projects.
• Coordinate onsite construction process and turnover with vendors and teams.
• Inspect quality, reconcile quantities, and submit reports to HQ.
• Facilitate communications among properties, store ops, and partners.
• Support change management and resolve delays or performance issues.
