Target Corp is seeking a Sr. Owner’s Site Representative (OSR) to support construction project management across store and distribution center initiatives.

You will assist in GMP reviews, ensure timely delivery of materials, and oversee contractors to meet plans and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of on-site experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Plangrid, Procore and related tools.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and prepare construction reports.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing project scope, schedule and budget for Target construction projects.
• Coordinate onsite construction activities and turnover to Store Operations and Building Services.
• Maintain effective communication between vendors, general contractors and field leadership.
