Job summary

Target is seeking an experienced on-site construction manager to lead store and distribution center projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with contractors and vendors.

This role communicates between Target teams and construction partners, inspects work for quality, and mentors OSRs on problem jobs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and prepare construction reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with coaching aptitude.
