Baker Tilly is seeking a payroll professional in the United States to manage client payroll processing and delivery. You will ensure accuracy in payroll systems, resolve discrepancies, and support the implementation team as needed.

The role requires 3 years of payroll experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with ADP RUN and MS Office. CPP is preferred. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
• CPP preferred
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionally communicates with all levels
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
• Ability to learn from experiences and share with colleagues

Aufgaben

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines including updating records, bonuses or severance, tax calculations, and reconciliations
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions
