Baker Tilly is seeking a Payroll Support Consultant to advise and service our payroll clients across the U.S. This role requires deep payroll knowledge, strong client service, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships under supervision, escalating as needed.

You will support implementation, run payroll processing tasks, generate reports, and help clients navigate payroll software such as ADP while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented and accurate.
• Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll support and consulting to clients.
