Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage client payrolls, ensure accuracy, and support implementation projects. You will work with ADP RUN, maintain confidentiality, and deliver timely, compliant payroll services to multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to learn new software and processes while supporting senior teammates and clients in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs relevant payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses, and reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
