Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin targets by promoting and selling into complex accounts in the assigned territory.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Maintain current customer records and reports; assist in collections of past due accounts.
• Carry out sales and merchandise programs; suggest items for stock.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary and participate in training sessions and trade shows.
