Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and maintain contact with established customers.
• Regularly visit customers at their site of business or other off-site locations.
• Promote and sell products in assigned territory in line with pricing policies.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Maintain customer records and assist in collection of past due accounts.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
