Qualifications

• Ability to meet aggressive sales goals and objectives.
• Strong presentation skills, including ability to present complex subject matter.
• Proficiency in Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process, collecting data on customer needs and design specifications.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects, by gathering specifications and conveying needs to technical staff.
• Plans and conducts sales presentations for current and prospective customers.
• Researches and solicits new customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Mentors less experienced Outside Sales Reps and may train staff.
