Job summary

Charter Communications, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisor to lead a geographically assigned team, drive sales of Spectrum services to residential customers and optimize the customer experience.

You will coach and develop sales staff, manage budgets and headcount, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams. Travel to territories is required, with a mix of field and office work, and a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong technical and computer skills relevant to telecom.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically assigned Residential Connectivity Sales team.
• Drive and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable.
• Manage staff lifecycle: training, performance, discipline and salary changes.
• Prepare reports and provide analytics to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve objectives.
• Balance field (approx. 30%) and office work (approx. 70%).
• Oversee payroll process and commission payments.
