Charter Communications is seeking a strong leader to guide a residential connectivity sales team across multiple territories. You will supervise daily operations to hit targets, recruit and train staff, and ensure timely payroll and commissions.

The role requires travel and deep product knowledge of Spectrum offerings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong technical and computer proficiency.
• Capability to travel using a reliable personal vehicle, including in adverse weather conditions.
• Willingness to conduct door-to-door sales in local communities for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
