Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Dealer Sales Rep II to manage and grow dealer and buyer relationships within a defined Distribution Center market. The role is an outside sales position, operating independently within a local sales team to drive growth, profitability, and value for customers with the full range of engineered wood, commodities, and specialty building products.

Accountabilities include cultivating relationships, coordinating strategies for value delivery, and leveraging market knowledge

Qualifications

• Proven success supporting large accounts.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communications skills (authentic, adaptive, persuasive).
• Experience with building materials products.
• Familiarity with Distribution Center products and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, cultivates, and protects the dealer relationship with assigned customers.
• Coordinates customer strategies to deliver superior value and grow profitability.
• Seeks out opportunities with new and existing customers for Distribution's full range of products.
• Gathers market intelligence to influence product mix, pricing, inventory levels and demand outlook.
• Develops and executes marketing and communication plans with customers.
